The Garden Kitchen opened in June 2013. We are a family-owned, family-run business. Our desire is to give our guests a truly Turkish experience through cuisine. We have various teachers, some are trained professionals, some are very accomplished home-cooks, who teach our courses. It is a hands-on, participatory experience. Our menus include regional and national dishes made with fresh seasonal produce, which we purchase from the local farmer’s markets. On special occasions, we are able to offer courses in various international cuisines taught by our international friends living here in our city. Our teachers demonstrate and assist you in preparing the dishes. We end your visit by sharing the meal together in our Garden cafe.
We are able to tailor each experience to your group. We can provide translation in English, Dutch, German, Spanish, and Russian. We can demonstrate how to make the dishes or we can teach you to make the dishes.
